The man and his two daughters were unconnected with the woman photographer. She was setting up to get some close-ups of ‘Salmon Beauty’ when the little girl walked into her space to take her own shot. Rather than get offended at what would, in an adult, be intolerable rudeness, the woman calmly began to give the girl pointers on how to get a good shot, and then held her light diffuser overhead while the girl took her photo. I just thought it was a neat moment.
Great story-telling photo, and your added story makes it even better. Very sweet.
BTW: Thanks for the info regarding my POTD. I didn't process it til about 1 am, and just put it up on the site without doing due diligence. My little building did look pretty small for a museum!
