A grove of sugar maples stands to the left of the trail. In the distance is a line of trees that marks the beginning of a forested area. The main color comes from a large white oak (red foliage). Bur oaks and black oaks, less colorful, form some of its neighbors.
Photomerge of the meadow and grove area north of the main road.
